應該可說是花蓮萬榮最知名的牛肉麵 店址就在道路的轉角邊 店面沒有封閉因此也沒有冷氣 但不影響他整天滿滿的人潮 其店內著名的不只是牛骨麵 還有各式特色小菜和自製飲品 首次嘗鮮點了海香菇 就是花枝的皮 經過冰鎮後變成脆口 直接吃還是有腥味的 建議配上它附的芥末醬油 飲品是鳳梨多多 熱帶口味的酸甜配上養樂多 不會太濃厚還算是挺清爽 牛骨麵一上來就是震撼 超大一塊帶骨牛肉放在麵上 連筋帶皮都已經燉煮到軟爛 一啃就從骨頭上下來 牛肉本身的調味比較重 鹹香且帶有點奶味 筋膜和肥瘦肉都參雜在一個部位 大口啃的感覺過癮極了 湯頭的部分是清湯 裡面是青蔥和牛肉的鹹甜 喝來比牛肉口味輕 麵條的部分個人就覺得很普通 吃起來是一整塊的麵團感 也不是很吸湯汁 可能也是店家特色吧 整體就CP值論真的是無懈可擊 但若要在炎炎夏日下來用餐就得三思

孫叔叔牛骨牛肉麵 (Uncle Sun) sits on Linrong Road in Hualien's Fenglin, where the signature beef-bone noodles arrive with a big bone-in beef chunk over the noodles. One diner said “the tendon and skin are stewed until they fall off the bone with one bite, savory with a hint of milkiness,” the broth clear with the sweet-savory note of scallion and beef. The shop is on a corner, with no AC, which doesn't dent its all-day crowds. Beyond the bone noodles, lu-rou-fan and zhajiang noodles are also signatures, with plenty of sides and house drinks, all on the sign out front.
