自治街大腸麵線's signature is thickened mian-xian in combos of pig intestine, oyster, and lean pork, the broth heavier-seasoned; one diner said “the mian-xian shop I visit most — many flavors to pick, but every time I go only for the oyster one,” strongly recommending the house-made chili sauce. Another suggested “add garlic and heat” to lift it, noting “the intestine is cut finer, without the whole-ring texture,” so add to taste.

The stall sign reads “founded in 2000,” over twenty years on Zizhi Street; lines are common at mealtimes, the dine-in seats iron tables and chairs under the arcade.
