漢彬水晶餃 sits in the traditional market on Minzu Road in Lukang, selling only the “mixed” — never crystal dumplings alone: chewy-skinned crystal dumplings, crunchier water balls, and firm, meaty steamed balls all simmered into a clear soup carrying a celery aroma. One diner called it “honest ingredients — even non-fans of crystal dumplings came around,” another “four balls, each with its own texture and flavor” (the wonton is currently paused).

The sign and bags read “three generations, a century-old shop” and “founded in 1884, the tenth year of the Qing Guangxu era.” It sits in the traditional market, with a small dine-in area of about three tables seating 6–8, yet prices stay friendly — genuine market wallet-food.
