Google 4.3 stars · 3,062 reviews號稱牛肉麵界的勞斯萊斯，連年拿下米其林必比登推薦，衝著這名頭來，結果不但沒失望，還完全被收服。一走進去水晶燈、紅酒櫃、爵士樂，氛圍不像在吃牛肉麵，牆上還掛滿了政商名流的簽名照，光是場面就很有戲。 我點的極品牛B腱麵算是招牌，那幾塊美國牛後腿腱心肉真的是大快朵頤的等級，厚實又軟嫩多汁、彈牙不柴，一口咬下滿滿肉香。特級三爪牛筋牛肉麵也毫不遜色，牛筋熬到近乎化開，軟糯又帶Q勁，還吸飽了湯汁，用心程度看得出來。湯頭也無可挑剔，琥珀色湯頭清澈見底、甘甜順口，喝完完全不口乾。 還有牛油和辣油可以添加調整、麵條有嚼勁，餐後附蘋果醋解膩，細節滿分。價位確實偏高，但這個食材與功夫，值得。想犒賞自己或帶外地朋友體驗台灣驕傲，來這準沒錯。

여기 추천하시는 분들 많은데, 방문하시면 4가지 우육면이 있어요.. 가격순으로 1. 고기 2. 고기+힘줄(스지) 3. 힘줄(스지) 4.고급 이며, 한국분들중 여성분들과 아이는 힘줄 좋아하지 않는분 많아 기본 시키시면 됩니다. (맛있는거 사주겠다고 비싼거 시켰다가 소고기는 눈을 닦고도 못보게 됩니다) 환경, 가게 분위기, 식기등은 호텔 수준으로 깔끔하며 국물과 고기도 수준급입니다. 주차는 앞에 주차장 있고 노상에 빈자리도 주차할수 있어요.. (대만 우육면이 150~200하는거 생각하면 여기 거의 2배인데 대만 전통 우육면 생각이 개인적으로 많이 납니다)
天下三絕麵食館, in Taipei's Da'an District, was selected for the “500 Bowls” Taiwanese street-food awards in 2024 and earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod in 2025, jokingly called by regulars the “Rolls-Royce of beef noodles.”
Step inside and the chandeliers, wine cabinet, and jazz create an atmosphere unlike any ordinary beef-noodle shop, with signed photos of political and business figures lining the walls. Beef noodles come in four cuts: pure meat, meat-and-tendon combo, pure tendon, and premium, rising in price; if you like tendon, the middle two are popular.
Open in two sittings daily, 11:30am to 2:30pm and from 5:30pm, extended to 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
