What people say
Google 4.1 stars · 4,349 reviews燒餅 韭菜包 非常好吃. 豆漿很優.
小籠湯包一口吃下去都是麵團
鼎元豆漿 sits on Jinhua Street in Zhongzheng, with both savory and sweet soy milk, eaten with fresh-baked shao-bing, scallion cake, or you-tiao; xiaolongbao, xie-ke-huang (sesame pastry), and chive pork buns fill out the choices, the display case packed with fresh flaky pastries. One diner said “the shao-bing and chive buns are very tasty, the soy milk excellent,” another calling it “good value.”
There's almost daily a line to the road, crowded at peak, so come early or off-peak; a few diners find the soup dumplings' skin thick, more skin than filling.
Open daily 5:00am to 11:30 — a breakfast choice locals have had for years.
