福井麵疙瘩 sits on Ningbo West Street in Zhongzheng, its signature seafood mian-geda holding shrimp, clams, squid, sea-bream slices, fish cake, crab stick, and enoki — rich as a mini seafood pot; the noodle bits are cooked through, never raw-floury inside. One diner said “mian-geda at NT$115 seems pricey, but the ingredients are sure to satisfy,” another praising “fast service, tasty food.”

Pay first when ordering; though there are many dine-in seats, the office lunch hour still fills up, so go off-peak.
