林家乾麵, in Taipei's Zhongzheng District, is one of the rare shops to earn 500 Bowls recognition four years running: two bowls in 2023, one in 2024, and back to two in both 2025 and 2026 — a very steady record.
The signature dry noodles come in three sizes: large NT$55, medium NT$47, small NT$37; fish-ball soup NT$40, egg-wrapped fish-ball soup NT$45; if you like to cook, you can buy raw fish balls (20 for NT$160) or vacuum-packed fish balls (NT$200 per catty) to take home.
Closed Mondays; otherwise open 6am to 2pm.
